Sophie's Choice


Well, well, well - what a pleasant surprise this was!  It was also an amazing way to kick off the Monthly Mega Mix Mash Up!!!  Some of you may be surprised by the care and attention to detail that Sophie has taken in her contribution.....but not me, it's classic Soph, through and through and thank you for setting the bar so high for everyone with your Mor-sel.  Celine still had a look of shock on her face when she was talking about it and she had opened it several days earlier, initially mistaking it for a wedding invitation.  Jorge sent some loving words about it being beautiful, amazing and containing Paco de Lucia and Ghin began plotting all sorts in an effort to reset the bar.   My copy didn't have any information regarding Track 3 or 17 but this probably has something to do with Sophie's cultural background and a reverance for the numbers 3 and 17 and I respect that.  Sophie, thanks for sharing!

    Ahhh- many thanks for your cultural sensitivity Ems, but in truth I didn't include track info for 3,11 & 17 because they are the little soundbites that don't really need explanation and could a bit of a teaser as to where they are from? (Probably the rest of the tracks didn't need any explanations either, but I can be very very anal, as Em will testify!)

    Hope there's something interesting/enjoyable for everyone!?!
